2. Attach the Shoe Pad

   • Peel off the backing from one of the reusable shoe pads included in your pack.
   • Position the shoe pad carefully at the back of the shoe where your heel would normally rest.

3. Apply the Heel Pad

   • Take a heel pad, remove its backing, and attach it to the back of your heel (on your skin).
