SIZE: Unisex sizing, a cutting guide Is printed on the insole to trim to the correct shoe size

DIRECTIONS:

1. Identify the left and right insole
2. Use cutting guide on the underside of the insole to trim to the correct shoe size
3. For bespoke sizing, place shoe on insole and use a pen to draw around the shoe, then cut to size

Top Tip!  Don’t put the cuttings from trimming insoles into your bin, place them in drawers and pockets to infuse your cupboard.
